Grindley Interiors were engaged under a negotiated contract to complete the alterations and additions to Peninsula Village Wellness Centre located at Umina Beach.
The project involved full detailed excavation, piling, masonry, concrete and steel works and internal finishes throughout the common spaces of the operational aged care facility.
Alterations were undertaken within the existing building entry, community hall, wellness centre and pool area.
