Additionally to Stage 2 works having been completed in 2017, Grindley were once again engaged to complete further Stage 3 refurbishments.

Works involved the removal of existing asbestos and replacement, the installation of new external windows, a new mechanical system and the refurbishment of 11 classrooms.

All works were completed during the six-week school holiday period to enable occupation for commencement in the new term.
