Wilton Public School’s upgrade was part of the New South Wales Government’s $6.7 billion Schools Infrastructure investment program to deliver new and upgraded facilities for communities across the state.

Students can now enjoy a new 4 Star Green Star rated facility, including 22 air-conditioned classrooms equipped with modern technology to support flexible and engaging learning. Core facilities were upgraded with a new hall, administration building, library, canteen, outdoor learning areas, and a covered walkway. A new car park improved accessibility and safety for staff, students, and visitors.

The removal of temporary demountables enabled the creation of permanent, high-quality learning spaces designed to inspire innovation and engagement.

Construction was carefully staged within a live school environment to minimise disruption and prioritise safety. Stage 1 delivered the new classrooms and playground, while Stage 2 completed the new amenities. Site separation, hoardings, and controlled access points ensured uninterrupted school operations throughout the project.

The upgraded 4,758m² campus now accommodates 550 students, providing a safe, modern, and future-focused learning environment. Throughout the project, the team applied their expertise in managing complex school upgrades, ensuring program, quality, and safety outcomes were successfully delivered.
