The Western Sydney University Penrith Village Student Accommodation delivers a vibrant on-campus living environment that supports student wellbeing, connection and academic success at the Kingswood Campus. Designed to foster community while providing privacy and independence, the village offers a contemporary residential setting where students can live, study and socialise within a connected campus environment.

The architecture and interiors reflect a bold and youthful identity, with yellow and purple tones integrated consistently across external façades and internal finishes, including floors, doors and kitchen appliances. Central to the design is a landscaped breezeway, linking buildings via meandering pathways and two grand stairways, encouraging movement, interaction and outdoor use. The facility is equipped with hydronic heating systems and state-of-the-art fibre optic data and communications infrastructure to support modern student living.

The project comprises a 101-bed purpose-built student accommodation facility, offering a mix of self-contained studios and one-bedroom apartments. All rooms are fully furnished with wardrobes, built-in storage and study desks. Shared amenities include communal kitchens and lounges, management offices and facilities and a commercial-grade laundry. Externally, landscaped open spaces complement the buildings and enhance the campus setting.

Penrith Village provides long-term value through high-quality accommodation, 24-hour support and a strong residential life program, creating a safe, inclusive and connected community for students.
