Warrigal’s new administrative hub at Oak Flats strengthens their mission to support older people to live independent, connected and fulfilling lives. The fitout creates a central, welcoming workplace where customers, families and staff can meet face‑to‑face, plan care options and access support with ease. Located beside the new Oak Flats railway station, the space improves accessibility and brings key teams together to enhance service delivery across the region.

Working in a live office building required careful planning and controlled delivery. Access to Levels 2 and 3 was via stair‑only, so materials handling was sequenced and supervised to minimise risk. Existing tenants, including a gymnasium and an inactive childcare centre, meant noise and movement were managed through clear communication and daily coordination. Using the existing car park and a dedicated compound kept the site calm and organised. These controls reflect our approach to safety: remove avoidable risk, plan for the rest and keep people protected.

The design supports flexible, modern workstyles. Across both levels, the fitout includes meeting rooms, quiet rooms, zoom stations, collaboration zones, workstations, private offices, kitchens and storage areas. Level 3 also features an outdoor terrace to support staff wellbeing. Customer and staff relations areas on Level 2 create a clear, accessible entry point for visitors seeking support.

The full project scope involved transforming a cold‑shell base building into a fully operational workplace for up to 200 staff. The new hub gives Warrigal a stable, future‑ready workplace that will support older people and their families for years to come. Our ongoing relationship with Warrigal, strengthened through many years of delivering projects across their sites, reflects the trust built through disciplined planning, safe methods and consistent outcomes.
