The Warrigal Bundanoon redevelopment delivered a major uplift to aged care services in the heart of the Southern Highlands, creating a luxury aged care environment that supports older people with dignity, comfort and connection. Set within the peaceful grounds shared with Warrigal’s Community Village, the project strengthened the organisation’s vision of providing all levels of support in one location, ensuring residents can remain part of a familiar, nurturing community as their needs change.

Staged construction was essential to maintaining continuity of care. Our team carefully planned the sequencing of works and coordinated rolling relocations of residents to ensure the existing residents and business could remain fully operational throughout. Safety, communication and sensitivity to residents’ routines were central to the approach, with our aged‑care and live environment expertise enabling seamless transitions and minimal disruption. The team also managed the complexities of working within an established development, maintaining access to essential services and ensuring the environment remained calm, safe and functional.
