The Scots College is one of Australia’s most prestigious boys’ schools, known for its strong traditions, character‑building ethos and commitment to developing confident, capable young men. Set on a prominent site overlooking Sydney Harbour, the campus holds deep historical and cultural significance. Our relationship with the College spans multiple decades, beginning with major refurbishment works starting in the late 1990’s. Our projects together reflect a partnership built on trust, certainty and a shared commitment to creating exceptional learning environments.

The initial project revitalised a tired building into a vibrant performing arts and learning precinct. The works introduced a new auditorium, recording studio, practice rooms, classrooms and a basketball court, significantly enhancing the College’s facilities and supporting its growing performing arts program. The acoustic performance and overall quality of the spaces set a new benchmark for the campus.

Our return to the College several years later saw the delivery of a comprehensive four‑stage program of refurbishments, alterations and additions, all completed while the campus remained fully operational for 1,600 students. This phase significantly expanded the school’s learning infrastructure, including the construction of a new library, additional classrooms and amenities, and a complete internal reconfiguration to improve circulation and functionality.
