Construction was shaped by the complexities of a steep, tightly constrained site bordered by narrow residential streets and close to the water’s edge. Deep excavation for 2 basement levels, limited access for materials, and the need for a car lift and turntable system demanded meticulous planning and coordination. Working within this compact urban environment, the team maintained strict safety controls, staged deliveries, and implemented detailed design management to achieve the high‑precision finishes required.
The building presents a refined, minimalist aesthetic with clean lines and generous glazing. Expansive glass‑enclosed living spaces open onto terraces with views toward the waterfront, while sliding and frosted doors are used throughout to maximise space, flexibility and natural light. Interiors include well-crafted kitchens with pantries, private ensuites, built‑in joinery and ducted air conditioning.
