The Sir Joseph Banks Corporate Park provides modern, flexible industrial and commercial spaces in the heart of South Sydney’s bustling industrial estate. Strategically located just 11km south of Sydney’s CBD, the estate offers unparalleled access to Port Botany, Sydney Airport, and major motorways, while being only 400m from Botany Road’s amenities. Designed to support business growth, it combines high clearance warehouses, standard offices, and beautifully landscaped surroundings.
Construction presented several challenges, including environmental remediation due to the site’s previous heavy industrial use and delivering works within a live, multi-staged environment. These were managed through careful staging across 6 construction phases, strict safety protocols, and close coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and minimal disruption.
Standout features include over 600 car parking spaces, integrated roads with efficient entry and exit points, high-quality office fitouts, and flexible warehouse spaces that are built to accommodate future growth. The development combines modern materials and construction methods with thoughtful landscaping to create a functional yet visually appealing estate.

The project encompassed design, Development Application advice, site-wide fitout and infrastructure work across 6 stages. Buildings A and A1 were leased pre-construction completion to Konami Australia, reflecting market confidence in the quality of construction and design.
The estate offers long-term value for businesses, delivering growth-ready spaces in a prime location. Its flexible design, strategic accessibility, and high-quality construction ensures the development will remain a key hub for industrial and commercial activity in South Sydney for years to come.
