The redevelopment of Rosehill Public School has created a modern, vibrant learning environment designed to support every student to learn, grow, and succeed. Centrally located within a thriving local community, the new facilities provide flexible and inclusive spaces that inspire curiosity, respect and teamwork – values at the heart of the school’s culture.

Delivering construction within an active school presented significant logistical and safety challenges. Our team implemented careful staging and close coordination with the school leadership to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. Main construction activities were completed throughout the school term with safe access points set up and hoarding to enclose construction, the temporary demountable were removed in the following school holidays and minor works finished in Term 4. These schedules were successful through clear communication with staff, students, and parents.

The new three-storey learning centre was designed around the concept of innovative learning spaces that offer flexible environments that encourage collaboration, creativity and independent learning. Delivered alongside Auburn North Public School as part of a combined contract, both projects were designed with similar materials and construction methods to maximise efficiency and minimise cost. The façade features Vitrapanel fibre cement cladding, chosen for its durability, colour retention and environmental performance, ensuring a long lasting and low maintenance finish.
