Post the successful completion of the residential aged care facility on this site, Grindley was appointed under an ECI contract with conversion to a lump sum GMP to construct the 54 independent living unit development for The Salvation Army.

Works involved the demolition of an existing building and excavation in sandstone for the new 54 car basement carpark including three lift pits.

The construction of the two apartment buildings consisted of a basement slab, ground, first and second floors and plant decks, providing a total of 54 units, a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The south wing incorporates 24 units while the north wing consists of 30 units and a small community centre.

External works included paths, ramps, fencing and landscaping.
