The two-time award-winning Constitution Hill redevelopment represents a long‑standing partnership built on trust, shared values and a commitment to creating a supportive community for older Australians. Grindley first worked with Grand United Friendly Society to build the new 120 bed aged care home and then later extensions and refurbishments throughout the existing aged care home. An important project that improved comfort, dignity and care for residents. Working within a live environment once residents had moved in meant the project required careful planning to ensure residents felt safe and respected throughout construction.
