The refreshed home delivers bright, contemporary living spaces alongside uplifting communal areas, tranquil courtyards and wellness-focused environments that support connection, independence and peace of mind.

Construction was undertaken within a live environment, with a fully occupied adjoining aged-care home, requiring careful staging, safety planning and close coordination to minimise disruption to residents, staff and visitors. The project was delivered across two carefully sequenced stages, allowing continuous operation of clinical services while enabling demolition, refurbishment and new construction work to proceed efficiently and safely.
