This project showcases our collaboration with one of Australia’s leading retailers, Bunnings, delivering a two-storey warehouse designed to serve the local community and trade customers alike. The development combines large-format retail with practical, accessible spaces to meet the needs of both everyday shoppers and bulk trade buyers.

A key component of the works involved extensive civil and road infrastructure upgrades to support the increased traffic demands of the new store. This included the extension of an existing turning lane and significant intersection upgrades at Roberts Road and Estate Road in Greenacre. These works were carefully staged to maintain traffic flow and ensure safe access throughout construction, while enhancing long‑term connectivity for the surrounding precinct.

The building itself features a 13,500 m² Ground Level car park, topped by a suspended concrete slab supporting a 13,500 m² trading floor. The upper‑level retail space incorporates a café, dedicated DIY area, expansive outdoor nursery, and an undercover bagged‑goods zone, creating a complete and convenient shopping experience. A mezzanine level provides staff amenities and office space, while the bulk timber trade area was designed for high‑capacity loading, storage, and efficient vehicle movement.
