This commercial office fitout created a contemporary workplace for Brown‑Forman’s Australian head office, supporting a global brand known for its long‑standing values of integrity, teamwork and excellence. The design aimed to provide staff and visitors with an engaging, flexible environment that reflects the company’s heritage while fostering collaboration and connection.
The project required careful coordination within a fully tenanted building. Restricted hours for noisy works, limited lift access and tight material‑handling conditions shaped the construction approach. The site team worked closely with building management and neighbouring tenants to sequence activities, maintain safety and minimise disruption throughout the refurbishment.
The fitout blended corporate functionality with subtle brand expression. Custom artwork, including Jack Daniel’s‑inspired graphics and bottle‑themed installations, reinforced identity without overwhelming the space. Feature ceilings, bespoke joinery, cushioned wall panels and custom metal sliding doors added flexibility and acoustic comfort. Bottle‑frosted glazing provided privacy to meeting rooms while showcasing the company’s product story in a refined, creative way.
Occupying the full floor of Level 6 in the Sydney CBD, the works included a reception and bar area, open‑plan workstations, offices, board and meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a large kitchen and communal seating zones. The completed fitout delivered a welcoming, brand‑aligned workplace that supports Brown‑Forman’s people and operations across its global network.
