This commercial office fitout at Walker Street, North Sydney, delivered a refined and contemporary workplace for Braithwaite Steiner Pretty, a leading executive search firm with deep roots in the Asia‑Pacific region. The intent was to create an environment that supported focused work, Client engagement and team connection, reflecting the firm’s reputation for professionalism, discretion and global reach.
Working within a fully operational commercial building, the project required careful sequencing to avoid disruption to staff and neighbouring tenants. All noisy and intrusive works were completed outside business hours, supported by close coordination with building management to maintain safety, cleanliness and continuity of operations.
The design emphasised openness, clarity and flexibility. Glass-fronted offices and meeting rooms maximise natural light and create visual transparency, while metal panelled walls provide acoustic privacy where required. A neutral palette of whites, browns and soft timber tones grounds the space, complemented by new flooring, a refreshed reception and waiting area, communal zones and a fully upgraded kitchen. Frosted glazing matches the metal panels for a cohesive, understated aesthetic.
The completed fitout delivered a seamless, high-quality workplace that strengthened Braithwaite Steiner Pretty’s Client experience and internal culture.
