Stage 1 of the Amity College Leppington Campus delivers a vibrant new learning environment for young students in one of Western Sydney’s fastest‑growing communities. Designed to support Amity’s values of respect, responsibility, integrity, compassion and excellence, the new K–12 facility provides flexible, engaging spaces that nurture creativity, wellbeing and early learning.

We were engaged under a Collaborative Construction Partner model to rescue and complete the distressed project, taking over a partially built facility. The team resolved extensive subcontractor disputes, rectified significant legacy defects and managed complex remediation works. Construction took place alongside an operational aged‑care home and active roadworks, requiring careful coordination to maintain safety, protect native wildlife and ensure emergency access remained available. Despite these challenges, the project was completed within 9 months, allowing the school to move in the following week.
