A Winning Month

June was a busy month for the Grindley Team with the awarding of 4 large NSW based projects.

The Catholic Education Office Sydney is expanding St Ursulas College Kingsgrove,creating a new Science Learning Space with labs and a library for the senior school students. Grindley are already on site and are pleased to be delivering our second project for the Catholic Education Office NSW and JDH Architects.

Carrington Care's latest development 'Paling Court' at Camden NSW is a 130 bed aged care facility, located opposite the Grasmere Terrace facility built by Grindley in 2009. Construction is due to commence late July. We are thrilled to be again working with both Carrington Care and Jackson Teece Architects.

Fresh Field's Aged Care facility in Penshurst NSW is a 111 bed aged care home. Construction commenced early July. We look forward to again partnering with MDP Architects on this development.

Uniting Care NSW/ACT continue their commitment to providing Affordable Housing Accommodation with the construction of  45 units and community spaces in Beecroft NSW. Grindley has built 3 aged care homes for Uniting CareAgeing since 2010 and are once again proud to be working for the largest not for profit provider in NSW. Construction commenced late June.

It's all systems go in the office and on site !!!
