Grindley Interiors undertook a complete strip out of the existing office space, including tile floor finishes, partition and masonry walls, floor and wall finishes, as well as bathrooms and the associated FF&E.

The scope entailed a complete fitout of the ground floor and mezzanine space, with a new security facade, open plan work spaces, client interview rooms, offices, kitchens and meeting rooms. Given the nature of the project, there was stringent criteria for both finishes and services which Grindley was able to exceed.
