- The project involved concept and Authority Approvals, including bushfire considerations for the Tulip Wing. The project involved the in-occupation refurbishment and expansion of common areas followed by a two stage re-make of 20 beds in the wing. Expansive gardens were completed and the client is looking forward to the progressive upgrade of the remaining three wings (60 additional beds).
