Comment The Design & Construct tender included a design competition with each consortium submitting a unique design
to a pre-agreed client budget. Grindley/Lahznimmo produced the most environmentally unique design incorporating a
green/planted roof and the biggest "bang for buck" outcome. Grindley was responsible from concept and DA submission
through to commissioning on this coastal sensitive site.
