The multi-purpose community and cultural centre on the site of the former Prince Henry Hospital sets a new benchmark for community centre design in Australia. It brings together design excellence informed by environmental, economic and social sustainability and sensitivity to the site's heritage. The result is a vibrant space that respects the environment and is set to enhance the local community with activities ranging from dance and theatre to conferences and a future café.
