This $21 million development for the United Protestants Association included complicated staging and
construction methodologies to keep the existing centre operational at all times.
The UPA project scooped the 2005 MBA Excellence in Construction Award in the major redevelopment /refurbishment
category. This was in recognition that the quality and full range of client objectives were achieved without
being compromised by the challenges of this unique project.
Rosetta Park progressed to national nominations and fell short of the prestigious winners circle - thwarted only
by Grindley's winning Constitution Hill project.
