Comment The site selections provided for the new resource centre and multi purpose hall for Mount Cotton were steep and required excessive earthworks. Grindley Construction and Lightwave worked closely with the school to understand their functional requirements and provide alternative solutions that allowed otherwise wasted money to be put back into the buildings. The agreed solution provided a connection between the two buildings that formed a central hub for the school and linked the administration building with the new carpark. The money saved allowed a new landscaped courtyard to be included within the works that tied together the whole development.
