Comment I found all the Grindley staff responsive to situations that arose during each stage of the construction. In addition to building good client relationships, the key aspects of technical understanding and focus on "price in equals price out" ended up with a good quality building fit for purpose. On several occasions they offered alternative solutions that were less costly than the design and approved by the architect. We completed the building under budget.
