Comment Significant interest in this development has been
experienced due to the quality of construction. It was fully leased before completion to
Konami Australia. This has allowed us to proceed with Grindley for further stages. The project
was completed on time and within budget and benefited directly from the personal involvement of
the directors during both the pre-construction and construction phases.
