Comment Grindley became more than a construction partner in their expert handling of the construction of our new three storey aged care facility and rebuilding of an existing facility. They overcame challenging conditions and worked with great care to enable our residents to remain on-site throughout. On commencement of stage 2 problems were discovered with the existing structure. With the cooperation and input of Grindley, extensive demolition and rebuilding followed with work being done manually on the land-locked site and staged to minimise resident disruption.
