Comment Bayview Gardens' stunning setting on Sydney's northern beaches is a dream for residents but a demanding site to work with. Grindley's experience and strong project management proved vital in building a complex design at a location beset with challenges. Residences are set on several levels with extensive use of claddings and finishes, and multiple building techniques were used. With a building foot print 160m long x 25m wide on a significant slope, bound on three sides, access was difficult. Grindley's precision and tenacity paid off - this is a superb facility that completes the picture at Bayview.
